Terms and Conditions: Terms of Purchase
To buy Products on our website you must be over the age of 18 (eighteen).
A User does not need to Register on our Website. You simply need to supply your personal details, billing and delivery addresses. Thereafter your contact details are important, to facilitate the processing and delivery of your order.
A returning customer may opt to login as an existing user. This is optional.
We store personal, delivery and contact details for a period of 12 months, once you have purchased on our website. After that, we delete your personal information from the website if you do not transact again. We store your details on our CRM system.
You need to provide us with complete and accurate information about yourself, when purchasing on our website. The responsibility solely rests with you to provide accurate information.
Products, Goods and Services
We make every effort to display the Products on the Website as accurately as possible, including:
- the images that represent a visual depiction of the Product;
- features and descriptions that pertain to the Product; and
- specifications in respect of the Product;
however, the actual Product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance, as the Product’s packaging may differ over time. You are responsible for the Product which you ordered. In other words, please double check that the product is correct. Also note, the Product description will always overrule any related images when resolving a dispute about a Product.
You need to satisfy yourself that the nature and quantity of products you receive is correct. Therefore, please inspect the package upon delivery. On receipt of your order, please sign for acceptance of the delivery. Our delivery policy is available here. This constitutes proof that you have inspected the Products. You confirm your satisfaction with the Products you receive.
As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor we cannot guarantee that colour display is accurate.
Ancillary products may appear in Product images. We sell these items separately. You need to place an additional order for such ancillary items. These items are charged separately.
Furthermore, we sell promotional packs and Gift items. The Product photograph and Product description outline what items are in included in the packs. The price displayed will be for the entire gift or promotional pack.
We may suggest, from time to time, related Products to the Product that you are viewing on the Website. These related Products are only indicative and not an exhaustive list and/or compulsory to purchase. We shall not be liable if you purchase a related Product which you do not require.
If we deliver Products which you feel are unsatisfactory, you may return them to us. We will accept Returns subject to our Return and Refund Policy, as amended, from time to time.
Product, Pricing and Availability
Products displayed on the Website, are subject to availability. We deliver available products within the Republic of South Africa only – within the areas we determine from time to time. If you reside outside of South Africa, click here to email your order. We will calculate the price, packaging and delivery cost and provide you with a quote for payment.
All Prices displayed on the Website are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. Displayed prices are valid in that moment, and may change without notice. The prices are not reflective of what physical store prices will be. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications of Products and Services. We will not incur any liability, in this regard, whatsoever.
When we are short of availability of stock, we will endeavour allow for a back order. Furthermore, if we are unable to supply each item ordered we will correspond with you. If we can provide certain quantities, we’ll fulfill those and hold the balance of the order.
The prices include Value-Added Tax. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
It is an important notice that we conclude our agreement with you when we deliver your order. Despite the pre-payment of your order the transaction is binding when delivery is complete.

Inadvertent and Obvious Errors
We regret that we will not accept an order if we identify an inadvertent and obvious error on our Website. If we notice a pricing error in respect of any Products advertised online, we will notify you of such error. Subsequently, we will offer you the option to:
(a) cancel the transaction and if you have already made payment of any Products, we will refund you such payment; or (b) uphold the transaction and you can pay the correct price before we fulfill the order.
We appreciate that customers may use our website to research pricing before visiting a store where our products are sold. The pricing on our Website does not constitute an offer by any physical stores which sell our Products.
Terms and Conditions: Confirmation of Order
The order you place online constitutes your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Once we receive your order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. The email will describe the Products which you have purchased, and reflect the payment value of the purchase. Please check your Spam and Junk folder for this email. This communication confirms we have received your order. It does not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase Products or services contained in that order. We are not legally obliged to provide the Products and services to you during the offer process.
We accept your order when we confirm the delivery of the Products to you. You will receive two emails, one which confirms the courier tracking number and another which confirms the order completion process. When you receive your order, the sales agreement is complete.
By submitting an order to buy Products, you :-
- are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years;
- represent and warrant that you may place the order, make payment and ensure that there are sufficient funds available;
- represent and warrant that, if paying via EFT, that you have followed the payment instructions provided by Payfast;
- consent to providing limited personal information to our third party payment provider, namely Payfast. Payfast will process the payment and enable us to perform our obligations in terms of these Terms.
In order to protect our interests as well as yours, we may scrutinize transactions to prevent fraud. We may refuse a transaction which appears illegitimate.
You may pay for the Products by using a valid Master or Visa Credit Card, instant EFT, or Zapper account. We decline other payment methods, including gift vouchers, in respect of purchases of Products.

Terms and Conditions: Terminating an Order
Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on the channels above or email. Please refer to your Order number in all correspondence with us.
Cancellation without payment:
If you cancel your order prior to making payment, we will identify the order and cancel the transaction. You do not need to take any further action.
Cancellation after payment:
If you make the payment and then want to cancel the order, please cancel the order in the cart. Thereafter, reach out to us via one of the channels above. We will inspect the order, confirm receipt of payment, and then request a refund via our third-party payment provider. You acknowledge that there may be payment administrative fees which you are liable for, in this instance.
Terms and Conditions: Refunds and Returns Policy
We sell products of a particular nature, which means that we do not offer Refunds and Returns of products. While we appreciate that there are exceptions which occur, we will assess these instances on an individual basis.
Refunds prior to Delivery
A customer may request a refund, prior to delivery, when they have changed their mind. In these instances, we refuse to refund the payment immediately. After we have received the product back from the courier company we will refund the order.
More specifically, we reserve the right to retrieve the goods and deduct charges for transport and delivery. As we absorb a large portion of the standard delivery charge to deliver the order, we will recoup the full delivery charge. As a result, we will refund the difference between the total amount received for the order and the costs incurred. We process Refunds through a third-party payment provider.
Refund requests after Delivery
A claim of a Refund following receipt of the Product is more complex. You must demonstrate to us that the product packaging remains intact, in order for us to consider a refund. However, not all of our products contain Outer packaging e.g. Glysomed Hand Cream, and we cannot accept Returns of these products.
Money which we refund, will be net of transport, delivery costs, and bank charges. We will arrange for the collection of the goods.
Refunds of Damaged Products
We consider Refunds of Damaged Products when there is damage to the Primary packaging of the product. The damage compromises the product. In other words, the damaged packaging exposes the contents where it may lose its efficacy.
We will refund you in full and arrange for the collection of goods.
Refund and Return Requests after use of the Product
We will not refund a product which has not lived up to your expectation. Due to the nature of these products, and your personal circumstances – which we have no control over – we reserve the right to decline a request to Refund. By all means, correspond and engage with us about your concerns as we will try and meet your needs. However, we will not entertain slandering of our products or brand in a public, social media or direct correspondence.
In order to resolve Customer issues, we will address all complaints in a positive and reasonable manner. Please provide us feedback via email, and we will discuss the issues which you have. More importantly, while our products suit the majority of the public, there are circumstances in which their efficacy does not meet your needs.
Processing Refunds and Returns
If we approve a Refund we pay the customer in the same payment method that they used to create the order. We will deposit into the account it was paid from e.g. credit card, debit card, EFT or Zapper, via our Third-party payment provider.
Terms and Conditions: Delivery of Orders
We use Fastway Couriers for deliveries of our online orders. We aim to deliver within the borders of South Africa within 3-5 working days of the dispatch of the order. Our turnaround time is a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of order to dispatch.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, we email you a Fastway Tracking Number. With this information, you can track the progress of delivery to your address on the Fastway Tracking Site.
Sometimes, in outlying areas, delivery takes longer than expected. You are welcome to contact us to follow up on the progress of delivery. If there are any queries regarding delivery please direct them to us and we will liaise with the courier company to resolve these issues.
Delivery will typically take place between 08h00 and 17h00, Monday to Friday.
Important information regarding delivery:
You must ensure that the correct delivery address is provided to us. We, unfortunately, shall not be liable for any deliveries made to an address incorrectly provided by you.
For delivery purposes, you hereby authorize us to provide your personal information, including your name, delivery address and telephone number to our third party delivery service provider for the purpose of effecting the delivery.
Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should no-one be in attendance at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the Products and leave a notice at the delivery address to that effect. The delivery service provider will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the Products timeously is limited to delivery being effected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
Please arrange that you or your authorized representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt. As we have outsourced our deliveries we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the delivery service provider.
